- Avoid touching, massaging or applying pressure to the treated area.
- Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
- Avoid alcohol where possible.
- Avoid saunas, steam rooms, hot baths, sunbeds and excessive heat.
- Avoid applying makeup for at least 12 hours.
- Sleep on your back if you can.
- Avoid pressure on the treated areas.
- Avoid facials, facial massage and any other aesthetic treatment to the face.
- Use a broad-spectrum SPF daily.
- Maintain good hydration by drinking plenty of water.
- Mild redness, swelling, tenderness or small bumps at the injection sites are normal and usually settle within 24 to 72 hours.
- Increasing redness, pain or swelling after 48 hours.
- Signs of infection.
- Persistent lumps or nodules.
- Skin discolouration or blanching.
- Any unexpected or concerning symptoms.
