First 24 Hours

Avoid touching, massaging or applying pressure to the treated area.
Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
Avoid alcohol where possible.
Avoid saunas, steam rooms, hot baths, sunbeds and excessive heat.
Avoid applying makeup for at least 12 hours.
Sleep on your back if you can.
Avoid pressure on the treated areas.

First Week

Avoid facials, facial massage and any other aesthetic treatment to the face.
Use a broad-spectrum SPF daily.
Maintain good hydration by drinking plenty of water.
Mild redness, swelling, tenderness or small bumps at the injection sites are normal and usually settle within 24 to 72 hours.

When To Seek Advice

Increasing pain or significant swelling.
Skin colour changes, including white, grey or dusky skin, or blistering.
Signs of infection, including spreading redness, warmth or discharge.
