- Avoid touching, massaging or applying pressure to the treated area.
- Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
- Avoid alcohol where possible.
- Avoid saunas, steam rooms, hot baths, sunbeds and excessive heat.
- Avoid applying makeup for at least 12 hours.
- Continue using a broad-spectrum SPF daily.
- Maintain good hydration by drinking plenty of water.
- Avoid prolonged sun exposure.
- Avoid chemical peels, microneedling and other skin treatments.
- Mild redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising or small bumps at the injection sites are normal and usually settle within a few days.
- Apply SPF daily.
- Keep the skin hydrated.
- Avoid introducing active skincare, exfoliating products or new skin treatments unless advised by the clinic.
- Increasing pain or significant swelling.
- Skin colour changes, including white, grey or dusky skin, or blistering.
- Signs of infection, including spreading redness, warmth or discharge.
